SPOTTED: Lady Gaga in Atelier Versace | 2014 Oscars

WHERE: 2014 Academy Awards
WHAT SHE WORE: Atelier Versace
VERDICT: I am unsure. The gown is artistry at it's best, but the styling has aged her. I dislike the make up. But I do love her healthy figure.
