WHAT HE WORE: Business on the top, party on the bottom. Kind of like a mullet.
VERDICT: Shorts? Really? To the Oscars? I adore Pharrell, but why did he do it? He wore a suit to the Brit Awards. The stunning woman standing next to looks fabulous.
