Miss Miley causes controversy wherever she goes. That didn't stop with the 2013 MTV EMAs held at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam last night.
Wearing a Biggie and Tupac 'Please Stop The Violence' graphic dress from NY Vintage, Miley seemed to be held together with a shoe lace and a prayer.
I actually love this but what bugs me is the Tom Ford boots. I love them, but they thicken her amazing pins.
There is also a Pretty Woman vibe going on.
Yeah yeah she's exposing her skin, but let the poor young thing off the hook. If she does this in 20 years time, then complain. Hey she'll still look better than most of us.
