WHAT SHE WORE: Stéphane Rolland Spring 2014 Couture cocktail dress with structured peplum and white broken glass effect lining styled with Alejandra G sandals.
VERDICT: A piece of art. The peplum is an interesting take on the trend that does not want to go away. The hue is bright and happy. High fashion at it's artistic best.
