Cate Blanchett's Prabal Gurung Confection

Australian actress Cate Blanchett graced us with her presence at the Beauty in Wonderland exhibition in Milan, Italy on Friday.

I have to say Cate does no wrong in my eyes. Every red carpet risk pays off. Whilst her looks may not be everyone's cup of tea, you have to admire her for pushing buttons. In this case her Prabal Gurung Resort 2014 ostrich feather frock. 

Divine. I love how the black waist breaks up the red and white. I do wish she finished her look with less a conservative shoe, but her Roger Vivier peep toes still do the trick.

Cate Blanchett in Christian Dior Haute Couture!

Another speechless moment from Aussie Cate Blanchett on the red carpet during the premiere of 'Blue Jasmine' at the 39th Deauville American Film Festival in Deauville, France.

Wearing a jaw dropping Christian Dior Fall 2013 Couture gown with horoscope embroidery detail. Magnifique. 

On most the gown would wear them, but on Cate it's exquisite.

I bow to Queen Cate.

Cate Blanchett's Christopher Kane Dress

I've always been a big admirer of Australian actress, Cate Blanchett's style. She's a risk taker. Some work, some don't. 

In Paris, France for the 'Blue Jasmine' premiere at the UGC Cine Cite Bercy, Blanchett took another fashion risk in an intriCATE (sorry) Christopher Kane Resort 2014 dress with crazy cobweb motif and tulle skirt. The neckline is breathtaking. 

I don't think another actress could wear this dress, but Cate can pull off anything, even a garbage bag (please don't though).

Cate Blanchett's Balenciaga.Edition Look - NYC 'Blue Jasmine' Premiere

Australian actress, Cate Blanchett joined stars attending the New York premiere of Woody Allen's 'Blue Jasmine' at the Museum of Modern Art.

This stunning piece of art Cate is wearing is a Balenciaga.Edition intricately embroidered dress and gazar cape. The floral appliqué on the dress and inside the cape is heavenly. Blanchett almost looks like European royalty.

Cate's skin is so flawless, she even looks more youthful without the cape (look below). Obviously the use of SK-II has helped her. 

Her look leaves me speechless, as does most of Blanchett's red carpet moments. The simple updo and minimal make up are just beautiful.

On anyone else, it just wouldn't work, but Cate never lets a look wear her. Shhhh I think it's an Aussie thing.
