Olivia Palermo's Zara Skirt | NYC

There are a few people out there that can play with fashion and have it work almost 100% of the time, it's rare though, but Olivia Palermo is that person and she can wear a simple item and turn it into 'The Olivia Affect'. 

Spotted out in New York City (July 18) Olivia did something that I never had the guts to do before: using a skirt as a dress. Olivia opted for a Zara midi skirt styled with a bright sleeveless blazer, Aquazurra sandals, oversize tote and Westward Leaning shades. 

I am now going to my closet to experiment.
